Support questions

How do I report a fault or a drop in solar output?

Fill in the support form at /en/support/ (category: inverter, monitoring, performance…) or contact us at shpp@shpp.ba or +387 61 214 113. Include the site name, a description of the problem, any error messages from the inverter or monitoring app and, if possible, a photo. If you notice sparking, a burning smell or damaged cables, keep away from the equipment and shut the plant down following the instructions provided at handover.

How do I access monitoring for my plant?

Login details for the inverter manufacturer’s app or web portal are handed over at commissioning. If you have lost them, cannot see data or want to add a user, contact us via the support form (category “monitoring”). Common causes of missing data are a changed Wi-Fi password or router and a lost internet connection.

How often should solar panels be cleaned and serviced?

Rain removes some dirt in our climate, but dust, pollen, bird droppings and industrial dust can reduce output. Watch production in your monitoring: if it is visibly lower than before in similar weather, check for soiling. Clean panels with a soft brush and demineralised water, without harsh chemicals or high pressure, and never walk on them. Periodic visual inspections of panels, mounting, cables and protection, plus an inverter check, are also recommended.

How quickly do you respond to a fault report?

Response time depends on urgency and your maintenance agreement. Mark the urgency when reporting (low, normal, high) — urgent reports are handled with priority. For exact response times for your site, contact us at shpp@shpp.ba or +387 61 214 113.
