This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the shpp.ba website of SHPP d.o.o. Sarajevo uses and how you can manage your choices. General information about personal data processing is in our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. A similar technology is the browser’s local storage (localStorage). They are used to make the site work properly, remember your settings or, with your consent, measure traffic and ad effectiveness.
Categories we use
1. Necessary — always active
Required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They are not used for tracking.

The chat assistant and forms do not set tracking cookies; a chat conversation may be held temporarily in browser memory while the page is open.
2. Analytics — only with consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how visitors find us. Without your consent these cookies are not set (Google Consent Mode v2, default state “denied”).

3. Advertising — only with consent
If you accept them, Google Ads may measure whether a visit from an ad led to an enquiry (conversion) and use data for more relevant advertising. They are not set without consent.

How to give and change consent
On your first visit a cookie notice lets you:
- accept all,
- reject all except necessary, or
- choose analytics and advertising cookies individually.
You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” (“Postavke kolačića”) link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If you clear local storage, the site will ask for your consent again.
Third-party cookies
Google cookies are set only with your consent. Google may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina; see the Privacy Policy and Google’s privacy page.
